Aadi’s night-time birthday party – creative 1st birthday photography Melbourne

wow Aadi’s night-time birthday party was such a creative evening! I love photographing 1st birthday parties, well any party is such fun to photograph, but this one in particular was extra special, you see I have been photographing Monika and her family for about 6 years now, I photographed Ria’s 1st birthday party and she is now 6. So to photograph Aadi’s 1st too, was such a treat. I just love seeing this whole entire family, they are all so electric and beautiful, I get many many hugs from familiar faces I see throughout the evening, and I have even photographed other families within this beautiful family on separate occasions. I feel very blessed to be capturing these moments for all of these guys.

And boy oh boy do they know how to party! Both Ria & Aadi’s 1st birthdays started at 6.30pm on Sunday evenings. This year the shin dig was held at Pier 35 in Docklands on a balmy autumn evening in Melbourne town, they sported 2 dj’s who spun funky music that everyone roared to as the evening wound on, these guys know how to rip it up on the dance floor, it was exciting being there. What a wonderful occasion, what a wonderful 1st birthday party, I feel so very lucky to have been there throughout these very special moments.
